Awful service.
Online order for next day delivery. Still haven’t received item 5 days later.
Have emailed customer service with no reply and have messaged in live chat. Still waiting for a reply from the online advisor who was going to look into delivery for me.
I no longer need the item but have been told I cannot cancel.
Avoid
Their customer support team are a bunch of liars. They claim things that do not exist and won’t let you speak with their team leaders or managers. They do not reply to the emails and aren’t helpful at all. Worst customer support ever do not ever buy from them avoid this website at any cost because you will never get any customer support. LIARS

With Jacqueline. I booked a double appointment for myself and my elderly Aunt, both of us requiring outfits for a July wedding. We were greeted with glasses of champagne and made to feel very comfortable. Jacqueline is obviously very experienced and good at her job. It was so much better to allow her to do the hard work of putting together outfits. I thoroughly recommend anyone considering doing so to book an appointment with her. My thanks to her for looking after us so well. My only points of criticism, aimed at Fenwick Management, would be the disabled access and the expensive parking fees. The latter two points will make me think twice about returning with a wheelchair user.
Disappointed with Fenwicks initial response to my complaint, but after being able to discuss the issue fully with a sales manager I am delighted with the outcome. This is a prime example of listening fully to the consumer’s complaint rather than taking the word of the evidently biased manufacturer. I worked in Trading Standards for 10 years and this is the type of customer service that is needed. Great outcome Fenwick.
Ordered a jacket for delivery, came fast and was given a hour slot on the day.
Will definitely be ordering more from Fenwick.

Excellent Service! Would highly recommend. After shopping around online and being let down by service/quality of products this company has restored my faith in online retail. I ordered standard delivery and the items were received next day. Beautifully wrapped and and Thankyou note was a lovely touch. I know I can always trust Fenwick’s to offer a great product and am so happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend
Just bought some amazing home and quality gifts from their website, can't believe the discounts. The choice and range of designer men's clothes is also excellent, not always just the usual stock labels you get elsewhere. Never disappointed :) and the items are always delivered well and wrapped professionally.
Ordered champagne as a gift should have been delivered in 5 working days item was not even picked for despatch until the fifth day. With a estimated deliver 4 days later. Unhelpful customer service said as order still in process so unable to cancel or refund and I would just have to wait. Later received a email saying it had been despatched but to little to late
I received a used Molton Brown body lotion, it was half empty and had a ‘try me’ sticker on so had clearly been used in store as a tester. Fenwick did send a replacement, however, I had to order this again myself and chase my refund for the original purchase. All fine in the end but an inconvenience and not a good customer experience...

I telephoned at 18.00 on Saturday December 5, a lady answered straight away and put me through to a colleague In York store to help with my query. Lady I spoke to checked and confirmed the jacket I wanted was in store, she took my details and said it would be posted out Monday 7 December. It was lovely to speak to a human being and not have to select numbers and listen to music for several minutes which happens a lot these days and is very frustrating. Jacket arrived Tuesday 8 December. Well done to all involved including DPD delivery man, who called when I was out in the morning but returned later in the afternoon on chance I was at home.
